At Kawartha Cottage rentals we look forward to having you stay with us and we hope you enjoy our hospitality. All bookings are made on a first come, first served basis. A reservation is not considered firm until both a rental agreement and payment have been received.

Below you will find information as it relates to making a reservation. If you have any questions please feel free to check our FAQ. If you can not find your answer there then please do not hesitate to submit your own questions and we will be sure to answer them promptly.

Booking Process

The booking process is fairly simple. Reserving a unit takes two steps. First a rental agreement must be completed and returned to our office. This agreement is a two page document a sample of which may be downloaded here! {Requires Adobe Reader}

In order to open this rental agreement you will need adobe reader installed onto your computer. Once you receive the agreement you should open the file on your computer. The rental agreement is designed to work as an online form. Simply fill in all the fields using your computer keyboard and mouse. Once the form has been completed, print the form and sign it on the bottom of the second page. Once the form has been signed please scan and email, or fax this document back to us so that your payment may be processed and your reservation may be finalized.
